Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The data controller is N.I.S. Nueva Ingeniería de Sistemas S.A.S., NIT 811.016.645-2, registered address Calle 49D Sur No. 40A-507, Casa 107, Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia. RealStack is the commercial brand and agile division of N.I.S.; it is not a separate legal entity. It operates realstack.tech and app.realstack.tech under N.I.S. 2. Data we collect

We may collect: name, phone number, email, information about your project or business, billing data required to process payments, and advertising campaign parameters (UTM) when you arrive from Meta, Google or TikTok ads. If you share other people's contact cards via WhatsApp, that third-party data is minimized (contact caps, truncation) and reduced to partial digits after a short window. Our WhatsApp commercial assistant may use automated rules and, only when needed to finish qualification, an AI provider with a minimized message excerpt (no full phone number). You can ask for a human advisor by typing «asesor». We do not intentionally collect sensitive data.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data to: respond to commercial inquiries via WhatsApp, prepare proposals and contracts, execute web development projects, process payments through authorized gateways (Bre-b, Bancolombia, and Mercado Pago), send service communications related to your project, and —only with your express authorization at onboarding— growth-program communications by email and/or WhatsApp, as well as improve our services and measure advertising campaigns when you accept measurement cookies.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on: (a) your consent when contacting us or accepting measurement cookies / growth opt-ins; (b) performance of a service contract or pre-contractual steps; (c) compliance with legal obligations, including Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and related rules; and (d) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the business, without prejudice to your rights.

5. WhatsApp Business and sharing

The canonical WhatsApp Business number (+57 302 260 9372) is operated by N.I.S. Meta Platforms acts as the WhatsApp API provider. N.I.S. runs the technical edge (api.nis.com.co) and may transmit messages and contact data to the RealStack Platform (app.realstack.tech) through an authenticated private bridge, solely to manage the conversation, commercial inquiry, and contracted service. RealStack does not receive Meta Graph API tokens. We may also share data with technology providers necessary to deliver the service (AWS hosting, payment gateways, domain registrars, email). We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies: language preference (rs_lang) and local storage for UTM/language, required for the site to work. If we hit a technical issue while submitting the contact form, we store your request (name and WhatsApp contact) solely in your device's local storage in order to retry it; it is deleted once sent and, in any case, after 24 hours. Measurement cookies/scripts: Google Tag Manager (and tags it contains) load only if you accept measurement in the cookie banner on realstack.tech. You may reject measurement or change your choice via the «Cookies» link in the footer. Ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) may apply their own policies when you interact with our ads outside this site.

7. Retention

We retain your data while an active commercial relationship exists and for legally required periods for tax, accounting and warranty obligations. WhatsApp messages are purged per our ops matrix; third-party shared contacts are minimized and scrubbed sooner than the full thread history.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, updating, deletion or objection to processing, and revoke growth opt-ins or measurement cookies, by contacting us on WhatsApp at +57 302 260 9372 or emailing info@nis.com.co. We will respond within applicable Colombian legal timeframes.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No Internet system is 100% secure; we recommend not sharing passwords or sensitive financial data over unencrypted channels.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last revision will be shown at the top of the document. Continued use of the site after publication implies acceptance of changes, without prejudice to rights that require fresh consent.
